3. Eligibility and Registration

Students must provide accurate personal and academic information during registration. Minors should enroll with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. CLATutor reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if information is false, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Fees for courses and services are as communicated at the time of enrollment. Payments must be made through approved channels. Refund and transfer policies, if applicable, will be shared at enrollment or in program-specific documentation and must be followed accordingly. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to classes or materials.

5. Classes, Attendance, and Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes and tests as scheduled and maintain respectful conduct toward faculty, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, misuse of online platforms, sharing of login credentials, or academic dishonesty may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination without refund, at CLATutor’s discretion.

6. Study Materials and Intellectual Property

All content provided by CLATutor—including notes, videos, tests, and proprietary materials—is for personal educational use only. You may not copy, distribute, sell, record, or publicly share our materials without prior written permission.

7. Mock Tests and Results

Mock scores, analytics, and counseling insights are provided for learning purposes. CLATutor does not guarantee specific ranks, scores, or admission outcomes. Actual exam results depend on individual effort, preparation, and examination authority rules.

8. Website and Online Platform Use

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, or use our platforms for unlawful purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLATutor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
